About the icons

My maternal grandfather, Edwin John Metz, was a football coach and math teacher.

When I was a small child, he taught me a method for drawing interlocked loops, which I extended to create the interlocking patterns in the icons and logos.

The red and blue logo was drawn freehand in Paint.
